Welcome to Super Seek (playsuperseek.com), a puzzle game operated by Superco. By playing, you agree to these terms.

The game

Super Seek is provided free of charge (some features may become paid later) and "as is": we work hard to keep it fast and available, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and features may change as the game evolves.

Fair play

Leaderboards only mean something if times are honest. Don't use solvers, bots, automation, or exploits; don't tamper with the game's requests or interfere with the service. We may remove scores or accounts involved in cheating or abuse.

Display names

Your display name appears on public leaderboards. Keep it civil — no offensive, misleading or impersonating names. We may rename or remove accounts that break this.

Your account

You get an anonymous account automatically and can optionally secure it by signing in with Google. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can stop playing and request deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Ownership

The game, its puzzles, design and code belong to us. Your win is yours to brag about — share cards and links exist precisely for that.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from playing Super Seek. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the game grows; the date above tells you when. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
